
Beef.
We pride ourselves in how we raise our grass fed and finished beef. Raising only half a dozen animals each year and moving them daily to fresh pasture means the animals stay healthy without de-wormers or antibiotics. We also don’t implant synthetic growth hormones which is a common practice in feedlot beef production. You will find our beef to be lean and high in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a type of fat that's thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks along with more antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamin E (source Mayo Clinic).
