Eggs.

Why were the eggs we were served by the Guarani in Bolivia so much tastier? During our mission work in Bolivia we started to raise some hens in the same “let them roam” method that our indigenous friends modeled. We saw that by eating natural grains, grass and even bugs, the egg’s yoke was more orange than the pail yellow of store bought eggs. Besides the health benefits of eggs produced this way, it’s just fun to watch them scratch, peak and roam the yard - never mind cracking open the colourful eggs that we know were just laid that morning.
